At HI Salon & Spa, we go out of our way to make sure our valued clients have the best experience possible, from the minute they enter our doors to the moment they leave our incomparable Student Salon & Spa. Please take a moment to review our policies to ensure you understand our operations procedures. If you have any questions, just get in touch and we’ll be happy to help.
LATE POLICY
If you are 15-MIN late with no contact, we reserve the right to change and/or cancel the services as necessary. The determination to proceed with any treatment will be made by the student in consultation with their instructor.

MINOR POLICY
No minor under the age of 16 is permitted in the Salon/Spa area. Minors aged 16-17 must have written parental permission upon check in. Minors under the age of 16 must remain in the lobby supervised by a parent and/or guardian.

SALON & SPA RULES
No pets are allowed in the school, especially the Salon/Spa areas; service animals are welcomed.
All electronic devices must be silenced in Salon/Spa areas.
Prices are always subject to change.
Listed prices are starting prices.

GIFT CERTIFICATES

Gift certificates are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash

Gift certificates are transferable

HI Salon & Spa will not replace a lost or stolen gift certificate

Purchase value (dollar amount) never expires​

If purchased for service, that service expires exactly one calendar year from the issue date - purchase value remains

For example, on July 15, 2021, Ashley purchased a gift certificate for a 50-Minute Massage - valued at $27.00. However, Ashley does not book an appointment again until July 16, 2022. At that time, a 50-Minute massage is now $30.00, and Ashley's gift certificate is only worth $27.00. Ashley will have to pay the $3.00 difference to cover the cost of the appointment.​

REFUND POLICY
All sales are final.

TIPPING POLICY
There is no tipping for massage students ever per Florida law.
Cash tips directly to the student are allowed for all other programs.

COVID-19 POLICY
As of June 2020, all HI Salon & Spa locations have re-opened.
We are Dermalogica Clean Touch Certified and Barbicide Certified.

Effective Since Tuesday, February 22nd of 2022
Regardless of COVID-19 Vaccination status, all visitors of HI Salon and Spa, including students, staff, faculty, and clients -- wearing a mask is OPTIONAL.
